This is the easiest part. Within one business day of payment receipt, you will receive an email from us with all of the account information you will need to present to your telephone carrier in order to transfer your new vanity phone number to them. That information will include the current telephone carrier name, the account number, personalized account PIN, and more.
Just print that email out and present it to your carrier either in person, over the phone or digitally (sometimes in the case of landline or VOIP). They will know what to do with it and will take care of all the rest for you! It couldn’t be more simple.
In some cases with landline and VOIP carriers, they may ask for a Customer Service Record or a copy of a recent phone bill. If asked, please send us an email request at Info@telephonedigits.com . We will get you that PDF document within one business day. Wireless carriers do not require such a document.
In the mean time, if you have any questions at all, just drop us a line at Info@telephonedigits.com !
We keep it simple. We do not store your credit card information or other payment information – at all. And we do not share any of your other information with anyone else, including your new phone number!
Due to the nature of our services, returns or replacements are not possible. However, if you find that you are not able to transfer your phone number to the carrier of your choice within 30 days of receipt of the account information that we send to you, please contact us. If the number is not transferable to your carrier then we can establish or recommend a cost effective service to use to establish an account that will route the number at your line and the account will be in your name. You may also shop from our list of other numbers that we have in your area code. Just ask! There is one exception. Google Voice and Google Fi. Due to Google’s increasingly restrictive porting in policy, we cannot offer a refund if your new number does not port into Google Voice or Google Fi. For more information, please see our FAQ page on the subject of porting to Google Fi, and to each of our product pages (each phone number has a product page).
We have thousands of numbers from our catalogue listed in the store. Please contact us regarding the full disclosure of the number(s) you are interested in, and to confirm its availability.
We even make paying easy! We accept payment on our store using Credit Card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and JCB) or PayPal. Larger sums must be wired to our business account due to the nature of the transaction. Please contact us for details. If you are interested in buying 10 or more numbers, or a block of numbers, please contact us for pricing.
What you are paying for is the search, activation and account transfer services for your selected phone number. The phone number becomes yours and yours alone after you have transferred it to your telephone carrier.
